Or are you asking for tutorials on how Ubuntu software and the terminal work? Your question seems unclear to me. There is no official WhatsApp release for Linux, so all answers will be a bit kludgy to some degree.

Oct 24, 2024 · If you use a Chromium based web browser, you can use the 'kebab' (3 dots) menu to add WhatsApp as an 'App' (webapp). This adds it to the launcher, so you can easily alt-tab between other applications and treat WhatsApp Web as an application, when it's just a website in a window. Totally worth doing for more than just WhatsApp.

May 19, 2020 · 3 The calls features are only available in WhatsApp native Desktop app 64-bit (Which the official website show that only Mac and window native app for desktop are available ), not in WhatsApp Web,and unfortunately they haven't developed the native app for Linux. The one which we are installing and using from Ubuntu-Software is Web version.
